Future Stars.  M/W 5:45 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Unleash your potential with Coach Butch! This is the introductory program that launches the careers of our youngsters and entry-level wrestlers. Master the basics of wrestling with precise takedowns, escapes and pins. Improves strength, speed agility and wrestling IQ. 

​

It's hard to break bad habits in wrestling. The legendary Coach Butch will put your wrestler on the right path from day one.

Iron Sharpens Iron

TH 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Sunday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Unleash your athlete's inner warrior as every Iron Sharpens Iron Class is designed to push athletes to their limits while turning their raw talent into refined strength. 

This is where our athletes rise to the challenge.

Wimps need not apply. Parents coaching from off the mat should stay home. 

Members pay reduced rate of $10.

Middle School Advanced M/W 6 - 7:30 p.m.

Time to perfect those fundamentals and take the next step in your athlete's progression with precision training. Elevate your athlete's game with advanced techniques and wrestling strategy. 

Build stamina through rigorous strength training, sharpen your reflexes and create a warrior mindset.

Tuesday Night Fast Track 6 - 9 p.m.

Our new Tuesday format is a three-hour clinic and introduction to the system of study for the week. Wrestlers will undergo a high level coaching clinic by  Coach Rich.  Coach Rich will introduce how to enter, escape and score from the position, building the wrestlers' toolbox and exposure to different series of study.

High School Elite M/W 7:30-9 p.m.

There's only one way to survive a high school season, and that's putting in the extra work and time at the club. This class teaches wrestlers how to stay focused, manage stress, and maintain a positive attitude during grueling competitions. Focused on drilling specific techniques repeatedly to engrain muscle memory and improve execution under pressure.

Personal Training/Private Lessons

Each coach is available for personal training sessions.  These will range from 1 on 1 to small groups.  Prices and availability is determined by the coach.
